Niagara Falls

Here we are at Niagara Falls. It was really cold with the wind and the water spray. The kids didn't last long and they didn't grasp what was so interesting about a bunch of water going down, but Aaron and I liked it. This is a pretty good picture of us considering all the weather issues.

The Niagara "River". Yeah, it's really supposed to be a big river but it is all frozen up to a nearly solid mass. This shows how crazy cold it was when we went. No wonder there were so few people there. That will teach us to vacation in the north in March.

Yet another cool picture that shows how cold it was. The view things were all completely frozen over but they looked like little smiley faces so they were happy frozen things.

Miya with a big stuffed bear in the gift shop. We were looking for a little something to get the kids when I saw this bear and said look Miya a bear, you should have seen how fast she backpedaled to get away from it. She later realized it wasn't real and loved it so much we got her a little one.

The kids with their souvenir by the car which is in Aaron's an my souvenir, our $10 parking space. Spencer got this awesome popgun that makes me happy every time I hear it (which is quite unexpected) and Miya got her little bear.

  1. I love the picture of the meter. It looks like something Dad would make in the snow or a pumpkin or something. :)
