This picture cracks me up. They take their sidewalk coloring seriously even on the ground to take a load off while they do it.We bought some sidewalk chalk a couple of weeks ago after the kids saw the neighbors doing it and thought it was so cool. They love it! Who knew that while coloring inside has never been a favorite pastime coloring things outside would be the best thing that's ever happened. Spencer especially likes to fill in the holes in the sidewalk with colored chalk, always the safety conscience boy he wants to make sure everyone sees the hole.
Here's miss Miya. You'd think they needed a nap or something the way they are lying down on the job but I guess that's just the best way to do it. Miya really liked it when I helped her to draw letters and numbers. She only really knows about two of each when she sees them but she will say them with me if I point them out to her. Our deck was covered with little Ms and Ss to represent our cute kids.
Spencer figured out how to use his tricycle. Before he wouldn't pedal but now he can go forward and backward while he steers around the house. He was so excited! He loves his tricycle.

ReplyDeleteI love the fact that your kids do stuff while laying down! Hilarious. I am quite fond of anything I can do while still laying down. I have gotten quite lazy I guess.
