Two Months and Counting

Amelia turned two months old yesterday. She is such a good baby! She smiles all the time, especially for her siblings. She also loves her floor gym and even knows how to kick the bar to make the music go. She's also amazingly observant. I love watching her watch the world. She seems to understand a lot of what is happening around her and loves to people watch. As a fun side note, this is the outfit we bought when we found out we were pregnant with her. It's so cute with turtles and little fish. We had it hanging in our laundry room the entire pregnancy to get the kids used to the idea of a baby. Every time we passed it one of the kids would say something about the baby, it was so fun when she wore it the first time and Spencer made the connection and Miya educated her about fish and turtles.

Miya loves her little sissy. She gets upset when I hold Amelia out of reach and makes me bend down so she can give her love. Amelia was playing floor time and Miya had to plop down next to her and give her some love. The baby soaked it all in.

Spencer seeing that it was okay to be down with the baby ran over to join in the floor time fun. I'm amazed that they all fit under this thing and what big happy smiles from everyone!
