We Caucused!
We were excited to Caucus this year. We feel so involved in the election process with all the attention Iowa gets. I looked up more information and for those who don't know this is what Wikipedia says, "Since 1972, the Iowa caucus has been the first major electoral event of the nominating process for President of the United States. The initial caucus has served as an early indication of which candidates for President might win the nomination of their political party at that party's national convention."
It was really interesting voting in such a small town. Everyone fit in a little room and we just wrote our votes on some paper and found out the results within minutes. The results for republican nominations according to Cambridge, IA are...
Mike Huckabee - 30
Mitt Romney - 17
Fred Thompson - 15
Ron Paul - 7
John McCain - 6
Duncan Hunter - 1
Rudy Giuliani - 0
It will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Okay so I wrote this really long response to your post and how I saw that Iowa was getting "caucused" but then blogspot decided they couldn't post my note. So you will have to call me for the real story. :)
