Baby Alex

Baby Alex is here! This is a once-in-a-blue moon post by Aaron to describe it. He was born at 11:17 on April 29th and is 19 1/8 inches long. His most official weight is 5lbs. 15 oz. (There was a little disagreement between the different nurses about what it was initially.) Here is one last belly shot before the delivery.

Julie and Alex are both doing well. Alex is staying in a private suite in the NICU overlooking a playground to get a little extra oxygen and Julie is recovering in her room which overlooks a parking lot and a construction site but otherwise is quite nice.
