Accomplishments

4/7 - Aaron had all the stuff out to make PBJ for the kids and Alex discovered it. We were surprised that he not only knew what was going on but could also climb up the chair and fetch the bread by himself.

4/13 - I gave Amelia her first ever haircut today. I cut off over two inches on the back to even it out some and left the rest. At first she thought I was just combing her hair and didn't seem to mind. Then she either heard or saw the scissors and thus began the freak out. She repeatedly cried, "DON'T CUT ME! I DON'T LIKE IT HAIRCUT!" I think I managed pretty well considering.

4/13 - After I was all done she decided it wasn't that bad and she even said, "I like it my new haircut." I love it! It's still long enough for her oh-so-cute pigtails and otherwise looks much more intentional instead of a my hair just grew this way appearance.

4/15 - We were playing on the floor and I looked over at Alex and found him with the Mr. Potato Head teeth in his mouth like this. I just had to go get the camera. I love his expression here too!

4/19 - The remodeling projects are coming along nicely. With his crazy work schedule Aaron doesn't have much time to work on it but loves the time he gets to spend on the house. Here he's sawing through a section of wall and so excited! Don't worry, there were no wires in it and the power was off just in case.

4/22 - The Accuquilt strikes again to create another stunning quilt for my nephew (Abby and Andy's firstborn). It's already coming together nicely.

4/22 - Alex was standing looking through the ball bin and let go to stand unsupported. It was his first time and he stood there for a while before he realized what happened and grabbed on again.
